Good Trouble for Our Neighbors

Good trouble is the act of moral disruption—peaceful, principled, and necessary—when silence would mean complicity. Coined by civil rights leader John Lewis, the phrase calls on ordinary people to challenge injustice, even when doing so is uncomfortable or unpopular. In this work, good trouble is taken on behalf of immigrants, affirming human dignity, due process, and the belief that no one should disappear at the hands of unchecked power.
